Paint Couture Premium Plus 2-in-1 Primer is a durable water based Bonding and Blocking Primer formulated for interior and exterior use. The Premium Plus 2-in-2 Primer is designed to stick to surfaces without the need to degloss or sand and also protects lighter colored paints from wood tannins and bleed through. A second coat can be applied in one (1) hour if needed. Use on wood, existing painted surfaces, tile, fiberglass, PVC, glass, plastic, vinyl, concrete, masonary surfaces, galvanized metal surfaces and melamine laminates. Once dry, it creates an extremely hard film.
